Enjoyed a one night stay. Very quiet and clean self contained unit with a beautifully made bed with lots of pillows. A friendly note on the door at reception was left inviting me to let myself into my unit. I found the Bush Village very convenient. A short walk up the road to Banjo’s Bar for a nice dinner with live, not too load music. Had a yummy breakfast at Lumos Cafe close by in the Coles shopping centre. Then Whitsunday Transit picked me up at the bus stop outside the Bush Village for the trip to Proserpine Airport. Overall great value for money.

If I could give a 0 I would. Arrived from an international flight and couldn’t find my room key. Called 6 times trying to reach someone and emailed and nothing. Had to call my reservation and cancel for dinner. Would never come back. Absolutely terrible service

Do not book accommodation at this location. I made a reservation but had a problem and canceled more than three weeks before the check in date. I sent an email informing everything to the same email as the reservation and asked them to return the deposit they requested and I paid $300. They didn't respond. I sent another email a few days later and they didn't respond. The phone doesn't answer. I tried calling several times. And now they sent me an email saying that I didn't show up so they kept my money. Liars. I have all the emails proving everything. And on the website they say you can cancel for free up to one day before arrival. I canceled more than three weeks before and they didn't refund my money. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE AND THE PHONE NEVER WORKS.

Bush Village is located in a very quiet position, away from street traffic and surrounded by plenty of green and trees. On the other hand, it's a 20 minutes walk to Arlie Beach Marina. However, it's a nice walk along the shore. Rooms are good. Some have the kitchen (Studio Rooms) and some not (King Room), but a common kitchen is available next to the reception. The common lounge includes a pool, hammocks, armchairs and even some table games. Service is good and kind.

Bush Village was a lovely place to stay and the guy working there was awesome! He helped us with our bags after we had some issues with our car rental, and was always there to help with anything we needed. He gave us great tips on what to do in the area and made us feel right at home. Strongly recommended!

Myself and my friends got stranded in Arlie beach due to a storm and couldn’t leave for a few days. We ended up booking this accommodation. We had no idea what day we were leaving but the owner made us feel nothing but welcome, telling us to take it easy and let him know when we knew there was no pressure! There is a Lovely communal area where you can cook/ watch Netflix / go to the pool. It’s such a clean and friendly environment kind of made it feel like home after being there after a few Days. Couldn’t recommend it enough great staff and great accommodation. Will definitely be returning. Thank you for a lovely stay
